PAYMENT INFORMATION
Pagan Icons prefers PayPal for payment. Money orders in U.S. dollars are accepted. Contact us for information on how to order when making payment by money orders. Please note that we hold shipments to ensure payment clears all involved financial institutions when using money orders or receiving electronic checks through PayPal.
SALES TAX
Pagan Icons includes applicable sales taxes in the price of products. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other fees on orders shipped to other states.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pagan Icons reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. In addition, Pagan Icons reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if fraud is suspected. As a protection against fraud for all of our customers, we may also require additional verifications of information before accepting any order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail during business hours (9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. PST) with delivery confirmation included. Shipping rates are as follows:

Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance prior to placing your order. Amounts for insurance are dependant on total of merchandise.
When your item ships, we will send you an e-mail letting you know. If you purchased insurance we will include that information in the e-mail. Orders of in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 7 business days of payment but please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Customized orders will require additional shipping time and larger weight items may require additional shipping. Any shipping difference will be stated in product description. We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
All sales are to be considered final at the time the order is placed. By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold Pagan Icons liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of the USPS. Pagan Icons will, upon your request, issue store credit for merchandise that you receive in damaged condition through our error or as a result of a packing fault. We MUST receive an “intent to return” via e-mail within 48 hours of your receipt of such merchandise. A return authorization code will be issued and must be included when returning such merchandise. NO returns will be accepted or store credit issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. We must receive return merchandise within ten business days of return authorization or no store credit will be issued. We do not issue cash refunds.
COMMISSIONED ORDERS
Any custom work will be scheduled privately with the party/parties concerned. Any other adjustments will be posted to the site homepage.

Pagan Icons does not share customer information including e-mail or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
